Concrete Repair & Removal from H&A Concrete Sawing
Not every damaged slab needs to come out, and not every repair is worth doing. H&A Concrete Sawing looks at the actual problem, whether that is cracking, settling, spalling or poor drainage, and tells you honestly whether repair or full replacement makes more sense.
When concrete has to go, we handle it start to finish: saw cutting the edges clean, breaking it out with skid steer and breaker equipment or by hand where access is tight, hauling the debris away, and preparing the base for the new pour. Because we have our own sawing and concrete crews, there is nothing to coordinate between contractors.
This service covers driveways, patios, walkways, sidewalks, garage floors, parking areas and other flatwork, for homeowners, HOAs and commercial properties alike.

Common Questions
Frequently asked questions
Small cracks and isolated damage can often be repaired. Widespread cracking, large settled areas and drainage problems usually call for replacement. We will give you our honest recommendation at the estimate.
Yes. Demolition includes loading and removing the broken concrete from your property.
We saw-cut along the edges first so the break stays clean, then remove the concrete in controlled sections.
Often yes. We cut out the failed section and pour new concrete that ties into the rest, though joint layout can affect how it blends.
Common causes include poor base prep, drainage that washes out soil, tree roots, heavy loads and Colorado's freeze-thaw cycles and expansive soils.
